Cancellation & Refund Policy
CakeUp prepares every order with care and attention. To ensure fairness and to cover the cost of ingredients, preparation time, and reserved production slots, the following cancellation terms and pickup responsibilities apply.
We kindly request all customers to respect these guidelines so we can provide the best service and quality for every order.
Cancellation Within 24 Hr /2 days prior
If you cancel your order within the first 24 hours or 2days prior to pickup date:
- You are eligible for a 50% refund, or
- You may choose to receive 100% of the amount as CakeUp store credit.
- Payment gateway/platform charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Same-Day Cancellation
If you cancel on same day of pickup
- Cancellations made on the pickup day are non-refundable, as the order is already being prepared or completed.
- Store credit may be offered at our discretion depending on the status of the order.
Pickup Responsibility
If you do not show up at the agreed time or on the same day without notice:
- Pickup will only be possible the next day after 1:00 PM.
- We cannot guarantee the same quality for delayed pickups.
- If we do not receive any information within 24 hours, the order will be discarded, and no refund will be provided.
